adequate but with some drawbacks
lack of air conditioning distant breakfast
The lack of air conditioning was a problem. the room became uncomfortably hot, hindering sleep. the breakfast location also presented an issue. It required a considerable walk from the hotel which was not ideal.

extra shower family room morning routine
the family room had two showers. this was good because it allowed for simultaneous use. i found it quite useful for morning routines, so i could save a little time.
the street noises were quite a disturbance. i had to keep the windows closed at all times.
